Hello all. I am new to this site so please be kind:). I have a 2024, 1794 trim, in Celestial Silver. I love the truck but did struggle at decision time with some of the chrome trim. In particular the moustache, side mirror caps and the two small pieces on the rear bumper. I have been on many vendor websites and have read pieces and watched videos on this topic. From what I can tell there are basically two directions to go. Buy replacement pieces that require removal and installation. Which for the front bumper can be time consuming or go the overlay route. I am looking for input on both directions. Which vendor pieces fit best and if the overlay direction can provide a satisfactory result. I understand this is a bit subjective as everyone's eye is different but I am hoping to find a general consensus. Thanks for all the help.

    Lots of stuff!
I am working on mine, I am doing some replacement parts, some overlays and some painting.

The results are all pretty good and it depends on how much you want to take apart and how much you want to spend.

If you take the grille off for a swap, just plan as much as you can while it is off so you don't have to remove many times.

If you ordered the painted caps that snap in, the chrome caps come off with a body panel removal tool. There are videos on you tube that show how to attack this. I haven't tried it yet but looks pretty easy.
