drop truck off at tire shop cause of bad bump steer now. They called and said might need upgrade bump stops on front of the truck or tie rods ends. Truck has 8300 miles. So the shop said they can get MOOG tire rod ends or I can get Coach builder. It will take me some days to CB or they can have the MOOG. Has anybody used MOOG? Or are either one will fix it. Thanks for any feed back. Oh they will be closed this Friday and I am headed out of town also. Thanks again

Do you wanna do the maintence on a hiem joint, or prefer no fuss sealed unit?

Thank you for ur fast reply. Whatever is better very new to the Tundras and how they work vs the front ends Iam used to. I do know CB will fix the bump steer and they are longer. The MOOG I have never heard anyone talk about them. MOOG has a lifetime warranty with them.

I have used MOOG tie rod ends on my previous truck and they worked fine and a little beefier than the stock OEM GM tie rods. Can’t speak for the CB parts but everything I see being produced and manufactured by them seems to be MUCH beefier and well made.

I have CB tie rod ends, they are well made and very beefy.

Thank you. I like to use CB but will not have them in time and the shop said they use MOOG a good bit. So CB is a better product than MOOG? Will MOOG fix my bump steer. I also have a 6 inch lift. Thanks again

I wish I could answer that question but I have not used a CB product. I can say that MOOG is an upgrade from factory OEM typically. After seeing what CB shackles look like and all of the positive customer experiences plus the fact that you have a lift I would go with the CB tie rods.

Thanks Blueknights. David said it would fix my bump steer issues at coach builder. Just don’t have time to wait on them. Lol. Thanks again
