Had code p1633 (P1633 TOYOTA - Engine Control Module Malfunction Electric Throttle Control System Circuit) pop up a couple days ago. Pressing the gas pedal did nothing until it's at the floor and then the engine goes up to about 4-5000 rpm. Disconnected the battery for a minute and the truck went back to normal. Could it be a bad throttle position sensor? I read you have to change out the whole throttle body if that's the case, is that true? Hoping it's not the ecm. If it was a bad sensor why would it work fine after a quick disconnect of the battery?

This has been happening frequently now. Light comes back on after about 60ish miles after reconnecting the battery.

There is an ECTS fuse in the fuse box under the hood. It might be blown. Was for mine and replacing it got things working again.
