Hey out there, I am new to this site and looking for feedback so thanks in advance.. Looking at the rough country 3.5" for my 2019 and the kit upgrade either to the lifted struts or the Vertex adjustable coilovers. I love the factory ride of this truck and want to preserve it to the extent I can, regarding lifts what is the best route to maintain the ride quality? thanks!

TL;DR, you’re talking about the same thing, just one is adjustable and the other is not. All things comfort and ride quality related are subjective. The general rule of thumb, though, is when you lift, you sacrifice ride quality. Rough Country is not known for much in the way of comfort with their lifts. I’m not familiar enough with Vertex to comment on that. @memario1214 is a wealth of knowledge on the subject, and it’s worth a convo with him to get you set up with what you’re looking for.

I can confirm that I will never sell RC suspension components. The Vertex looks to be an "OK" solution, but I can't confirm its build quality as I've never handled them personally. Here's what's left of a V2 that I had to replace a few weeks back. Top stud sheared clean off.

If ride quality and suspension lift is what you're after, thats 100% what we specialize in. The next question will be about the budget you have in mind for this upgrade. We have Fox & King options that will offer a great ride for street and off-road. We custom valve them for each customer depending on how they use the truck mostly. Take a look here and let me know if you have any questions.
