Pull the radiator and use an impact. No issues doing mine that way. Chances are the radiator is due for replacement anyhow.

Be sure to get the Aisin kit, and from a source other than fleaBay/scAmazon. At that mileage, be sure to get the kit with tensioner to replace it, and might as well replace the pulleys too. "Better safe than sorry".

For pulley removal, an impact wrench zipped the bolt right out on mine (no holder tool needed). I did have to use a puller to get the pulley off the crank though. And I used the holder tool referenced above for reinstallation/tightening.

One note: I did need the radiator out to get the impact wrench in the available space. Luckily I was replacing the radiator at the same time anyway, but removal isn't terribly difficult.
One more note: My electric impact was too big (Ryobi) to fit in the space, so had to go old school with the pneumatic which would fit.

A compact Dewalt DCF921 with a standard impact socket will fit between the radiator and crank pulley. Yes, this compact impact will break the bolt loose.

$7 harbor freight chained pulley holder, piece of old belt to protect the pulley, breaker bar and a pipe.

Most cost effective way. Or dump the radiator and put in an impact. Most compacts don't have enough torque to zip off the crank bolt. You're gonna need a big Uga-duga.

    You guys are great.. Thanks....
I purchased the Aisin 021 belt kit with water pump from summit.
I've been lurking on here and watching videos but some how missed the tool to hold the fly wheel. I did see where the guys were zipping the crank pulley bolt out with a impact, but thought, really can it be that easy.

just make sure that whatever sort of tool you use to hold the crank while you tighten the bolt, just make sure to use a torque wrench to get the correct torque.

    Little update....
I bought the recommended pulley tool to hold the crank fly wheel... torqued the crank bolt to 181 ft pounds ... ezypezy
I'll do a write up of the timing belt change once I finish.....I have the fan, serpentine belt, radiator hoses and coolant to do.
