Custom Headache rack

    Sharing this custom Headache rack I fabricated for my 2013 Tundra Crew max. The idea was something that contoured the rear cab better than most products in the market. Needed to be functional and work with my back flip hard top. It's all aluminum. Powder coat 10% gloss black.
    I started with wood that was similar to the shapes I wanted. Then transferred it to the rectangle tubing. The compound bend was the hardest part.

    That is amazing good work. I hope I never need a headache rack, but If I did, really nice.

    There are a couple existing clearance holes in the bed sheet metal tub. I used one and added another. Basically drill and tap into the aluminum welded post that fits into the pocket. I used shims to help locate post in pocket, as I allowed for some play in fit.
