Customizable features - please help

Truck is a new to me CPO 2021 SR5. There are some things I'd like to change.
For example - the instrument cluster displays "ACCESSORY" and the truck beeps nonstop when I turn off the ignition and open the door, until I close the door, I'd like to stop this beeping. I'm also finding that the remote / key fob does not unlock all of the doors if I press the unlock button after I turn off the ignition. Out of habit, I'm stepping out of the car, attempting to open a rear door, the door is locked, my remote can't unlock it, and I need to use the lock/unlock button on the inside of my driver's door.
From what I've read here and in my owner's manual, I should be able to access settings similar to these via the APPS button on the head unit - I should have an icon for "Setup" on the APPS screen which will give me access to these settings. As in attached photo, I have icons for Authorization, Notifications, and Wi-Fi, only. No Setup icon, no way to access Vehicle Customization that I can figure out.
Please help me.

 

The screen you are showing us has a small arrow on each side of the display, about mid-way down in the blue field. Have you tried toggling left and right using those arrows?

Your fob is the newer style than my fob, so I can’t help. I know on my older fob, one button click locks/unlocks the driver door, and 2+ clicks unlocks all doors. (And tailgate).

 

Some of the features you are describing can be found in the vehicle settings app. It is limited but you can set some of the default behaviors of the vehicle.

 

Thanks - those arrows arrows are greyed out / don't scroll anywhere / don't switch to a different screen.

 

How do I get to the vehicle settings app? My impression was it should be on the screen I included a picture of.

 

If I remember correctly you need to get the authorization completed before additional apps are displayed. Also had to do it from inside the vehicle when I did it. Should be in one of the manuals.

Problem is I registered my Toyota Owners account before I had the truck and do not have / cannot figure out how to get an Entune authorization code, and the Toyota help I spoke to this morning can't figure it out either. Toyota has told me they'll attempt to delete my Owners account so that I might re-try registering with Entune from scratch.

Can anyone with a '20-'21 SR5 confirm that you have a "Setup" icon on the "APPS" screen? On the phone, Toyota was questioning if I have "Audio Plus or Premium Audio", and if I therefore should even have the "Setup" icon. Attached screenshot is from the '21 owners manual.

 

I don't think it has anything to do with the owners account(had my account before authorization as well), but it has been 2 years. Think I just started the truck, selected authorization, selected the SOS call button, and was given codes to enter. Your Toyota dealer can help you with this as well.
Premium audio is the JBL system, don't know what Audio Plus is.

 

press the "Menu" button on the left side. Then look for the "Setup" icon. Lots of things you can change.

Looks like you have a 21 SR5.
In that menu, "Vehicle" is greyed out for me / inaccessible.
It is not greyed out for you, right?
