I have noticed in the mornings or when it rains out and I turn left or right while driving my CV boots make a scrubbing/rubbing noise that’s quite audible. Super aggravating. Anyone ever had that issue? I have a 2015 Limited.

No, it is definitely the CV boot. It’s a rubber type sound. Truck drives smooth. Only does it when wet

odd. i don't think that i have ever heard the rubber on the boot itself make noise. there are so many other things on the suspension that can make noise. mount a camera (gopro) pointing at your suspension and see if you can capture the noise.

Have you done a visual inspection of the boot? Cracks, cuts, leaks, rips etc...?

If you have a spacer lift you also need the diff drop. Your CV could be slightly extended and rubbing the boot on the inside.
