Dasaita HU and OEM Backup Camera Help

    Hi Everyone,

    I have a 2010 SR5 Double Cab with a non JBL HU and an OEM backup camera (display is on the rear view mirror). I reached out to Dasaita for assistance on wiring my camera to their HU. They inform me that they have no plug-n-play solution for this.

    Has anyone installed a Dasaita HU and successfully integrated their OEM backup camera? This is the HU that I have my eye on; https://www.amazon.com/Dasaita-Andr...=dasaita+toyota+tundra,electronics,128&sr=1-3

    Hi Arcadio,

    Yes I did, for this particular vehicle I spliced 3 different wires.

    *Disclaimer* This worked on my truck with no issues, however YMMV. I take no responsibility for any issues you may have from doing this on your vehicle. Proceed at your own risk.


    Video Feed: Pin 6 is the positive side and pin 7 is the negative side.

    Reverse Trigger Wire: Pin 7

    Here is the location for both connectors, they are located on the LH side A-pillar:
