My multimedia screen has the updated time after the recent DST change. The time in the instrument cluster did not not update. I say again, one time display updated automatically, one did not.

I scrolled and scrolled through the settings on the steering wheel and screen and can't find where to change it in the instrument cluster.

    Any hints?

ps: I hate DST clock changing more than just about any other minor incovenience that I have experienced in my 53 and one half years on this earth.

Turn on “Set date & time by GPS” amd “Set time automatically”.

Edit: Correction. I had to turn Daylight Savings Off to get the correct time on the screen and gauge cluster. Sorry, my bad.

Just wait until March 10, 2024 and both clocks will synchronize again. There is a slight delay in communication between both computers.

    Asked, not answered.

I posted this hoping for an answer since the other thread does not, in fact, have an answer.

My 2023 SR5 Crewmax 4x4 has no integrated GPS enabled so I don’t have an option to sync to GPS time.

My 2023 SR5 Crewmax 4x4 has an option for DST in the multimedia panel but toggling it off/on has no effect.

My 2023 SR5 Crewmax 4x4 time can be set manually using the multimedia panel which correctly sets both the instrument cluster clock and the multimedia panel clock.

As soon as I enable “automatically set time” the clocks in the two locations on my 2023 SR5 Crewmax 4x4 are out of sync: the cluster is not correct while the multimedia panel is correct.

If I missed a thread where this was, in fact, asked and answered, I apologize. My reviews of recent threads since the Nov 2023 DST time change did not reveal an effective solution.

If there is a thread with an answer, please feel free to call the thread police but first, please show me to the correct thread!

Cheers to all the helpful friends on the forum!

On my Pro, both updated automatically. I noticed the discrepancy while backing out and was going to mess with it at 1st stop but it changed about 2 minutes into the drive.

Sorry, didn't mean to ruffle your feathers, man. Just trying to help. Your truck's clock operation is different than mine. All I have to do is toggle the Daylight Savings button to switch to and from DLS, and both the screen clock and gauge cluster clock display the same time either way.

Mine also does not have the Sync to GPS time option.

No worries - all is good here on the Tundra Forums!

I toggled everything again this morning and there is still no change in the out-of-sync state.

    Thanks for the replies.
