Does anyone know when the hybrid engine will be available for order? Also, for those of you who have placed an order at the dealer, I'm interesting in how long they are taking to deliver.

    Many thanks

Should be sometime this summer, as long as it is not pushed back. Toyota has been having issues with the 3rd gen they are working to figure out. It would not surprise me if it got pushed back into fall based on some of the issues that have been showing up.

Every time I ask a dealer it seems to get longer. I had one call me the other day to tell me they were “hoping” to get an upcoming allocation for a hybrid Tundra (non Pro) with a build time of 8-10 months. I think they know even less than we do and are just flying blind.

You wonder if at some point they’d just push the hybrids to a 2023 model year. Crazy to think it’s already April with ongoing availability issues for the standard engine and no sign of the hybrid yet.

I’m hearing from multiple dealership sources that allocations for hybrids have already begun with build dates starting around 1st of May. Deliveries will likely vary similar to non-hybrids. Could be weeks or months.
