Finally have time to sit down and Timeline this build lol.

Purchased this one Early June 2021 right before the horrid Market spike.

Started acquiring after selling off some other project cars - Starting with Tires & Suspension.
Sourced some new Falken Wildpeak AT3s in 37x12.5R18 from Facebook Marketplace.

Shortly after, a friend of mine was leaving his job and helped me get a good deal on these TE-37XT's.

Got them mounted up and started the body mount chop & install of the Icon Suspension.

Peep the WD-40 Can Bumpstop for the Icon RXT Leaf Pack

Didnt realize how much it rubbed so started cutting away on the front bumper while it was being aligned.

Found another local deal for these Tundra Trail-Edition Storage Boxes - even though the Cooler side doesnt hold coldness for too long, it does suffice for a day-trip to the beach.

Also started the mock-up of the ADV Fiberglass front fenders. For anyone looking into getting the same fenders, the top mounting bolt portion didnt work for me, so I shaved it off.

Was able to find a local fabricator that made me a front bumper that was able to retain the front parking sensors.

Coated the bumper in Steel-It just incase I wanted to weld light-brackets onto it in the future.

Been going camping a bit more recently with my family, normally I just use this Napier Bed-Tent but wanted to try the roof-top tent route.

Found a Victory 4x4 Cab Height Rack on the Marketplace from another Tundra Forum member.

Added a Pelican Case to one side for my ARB Compressor Lines & Moved my Waterport to the rear.

On the other side I was able to put some Fuel-Packs (Antidote Brand) + an OVS 270 Nomadic Awning (Temp setup - Now for sale because OVS came out with a smaller one).

here is a picture of the 270LTE on my 14" voodoo rack... for your comparison of how much coverage you get. note: I used the voodoo accessory mounts not the OVS mounts

Thanks brotha! Just trying to follow in your footsteps soon

That looks so much better. Im not a fan of how much overhang mine has over the rear of the bed and how much it protrudes forward onto the cab. The 270LTE is like, the perfect length for the Crewmax.

I completely agree. that is why I did not get the other two LT awnings. I had the 4.5 awning before this. funny thing is about 6 months ago I contacted OVS by phone when I got the small awning about considering designing the LTE size for those of us with short beds and not roof level racks. they said they would forward the idea.... never heard back from them....lol

    Build Update: 04/06/2023

Followed in the steps of @SAGE63 and got the smaller OVS 270LTE Awning. It was the perfect length for the Crewmax bed. Weight saving too since its around 35lbs, compared to the 80lb one I had prior.

In the midst of it, my Antidote Outdoors Gas Pack's Locking mechanism seized up on me. It utilized a kinda cheap lock combo that once engaged would allow the user to thread off the lock to access the fuel pack. Over time and exposure to the one or two days Southern California experienced rain probably caused it to rust and get stuck. I ended up hacking it off and replacing it with actual Rotopax. Still dont understand why theyre so expensive..

Also picked up a steel bumper from a buddy of mine down in San Diego. Didnt realize how damn heavy the OEM bumper was. Wish I had photos of it prior but after having this bumper coated in Steel-It, makes it look so much better.

Marked where I wanted the bedsides cut, just behind where the OEM bumper sat (Incase I wanted to revert back).

ABAutoworks with the late-night bedside shave at 2AM.

Realized how ugly the OEM muffler sits after removing the bumper, followed @reywcms advice and chopped the sucker at the rear hanger right after the axle.

The following morning I found an offerup deal on a brand used GoRhino 58 Roof Rack. Was the perfect length and width for my application. Previous owner purchased to try and use it on a 1stG GX460 but it was way too wide.

Lastly, found some Auxbeam ditch lights packed away in the garage, forgot why I bought it but they fit in these little light pockets on the GoRhino rack :notsure:

Regear and Powertrax LSD to be installed next week.
