Overall I love my amp steps....i love how they look on my tundra and they have worked mostly perfect since I've owned them. But unfortunately a plastic gear broke, it's outside the Bosch motor but inside the plastic cover. I contacted Amp and they said you cannot purchase internal parts, this doesn't make any sense. They said I have to purchase a new motor assembly. Does anyone have any experience with this? Any help at all is appreciated, also it's out of warranty
