I've been a huge fan of Discount Tire for years; I still am.

They are building a new Big O Tire very close to our house.

I'm considering switching to Big O, simply for convenience sake.

I did notice both stores offer free rotation and balance.

I believe Big O has more locations, which can be handy if you get a flat on a trip. This happened to me and there happened to be a Discount Tire near where I was at.

I would like to know what the experiences are of other people on this site.

    Thanks.

Big O offers a lot of smaller (less expensive) tire brands that DT doesn’t carry as well. I’d say it’s more dependent on the individual store vs. the chain as far as service goes.
