Just bought some new wheels with a 60 degree lug face. The new bolts I bought do not come with washers.
Do I need them or is it not necessary for a 60 degree?
If so, where can I find some?

If you got aftermarket wheels, you typically don't need the washers unless the wheel company states otherwise. Majority of them use the 60 degree seat. Just get you a set of tuner style/ conical seat lug nuts/60 degree base lug nuts in matching thread pitch for your current wheel studs. Just make sure there's enough thread exposed on the studs to safely secure your new wheels. It's rare, but some wheel designs have a deep mounting area that covers up too much wheel stud thread which might require extended studs to be safe. Hopefully it shouldn't apply to you though. Those OEM nuts with washers are usually just for the OEM style wheels that require mag/ shank seat style nuts. If your new wheels aren't hubcentric, I'd also recommend getting a set of hubcentric rings as well & you should be good. Post a pic of the truck once the new wheels are on!

*Optional* In case you ordered only 4 aftermarket wheels instead of 5 wheels, keep yourself a set of 6 OEM lug nuts in a Ziploc bag in the truck in case you ever get a flat & need to temporarily mount your spare which is recommended to be mounted with the OEM lug nuts.
