He's a well known dude that sells OEM Toyota parts on Facebook. Lots of mixed reviews ranging from great customer service to examples like the one above. He was banned from the 1st Gen Tundra Facebook page. OP should have provided more context.

So OP is complaining about someone not on this forum, a known shady character from the site he purchased from, paid in a way that he wasn't protected even though everything in this day and age tells you to pay in a way that provides security and insurance, and is upset????

Oh yeah. I remember the rack where all the Cliff Notes were on display. HUNDREDS of classics (and some not so classic books) had Cliff Notes. My teachers knew how to ask questions that could not be answered by just reading the Cliff Notes though.
