Hello Everyone - I have an issue where the doors(except the driver side) don't lock/unlock using the key fob or the buttons inside. Only the driver-side door locks/unlocks.

Also, the ignition key does not lock/unlock the driver-side door and neither does it work with the tailgate. When I purchased the truck, the seller only gave me one key so I thought it would work for ignition as well as for locking/unlocking the driver-side door and the tailgate, but it does not work. Any idea if there is a separate key for locking/unlocking the doors?

    Thank you all!

Common problem with lock actuators going out. You can purchase the entire mechanism or just the actuator motor. Simple fix just make sure you line everything back up during install. I would recommend ordering one for each door and replacing as they go out. Not sure issue w key, ignition switch may have been replaced but not sure. You do want to get that fixed or when the lock actuator/s fails, your stuck!

Thank you, ARayT. I will order a set of Actuators (Front Driver and Passenger). You may be right, the previous owner might have replaced the ignition switch with a new key which does not work for the doors. I am guessing I should be able to take the lock cylinders(driver and the tailgate) to a Locksmith and have them make a matching key(s). Would this work?

there's an ebay seller (actuatorsplus or something close to that) that sells refurbished OEM units. comes out to about $65 each and he'll give you a lifetime warranty if you send back your old, non-working unit in the included self-addressed usps envelope. way cheaper than ~$220 for a new OEM unit and way easier than fuckin' around with installing a new motor in each actuator. unless you're good at taking apart small mechanical units and putting them back together. new motors are about $5 each online? i think.

Installing the actuator motors not a big issue and way cheaper. There are youtube videos showing each step. Yes a locksmith should be able to fix you up, I believe its a chipped key. Good luck!
