Hi, I was driving down a forest service road with a trailer attached (no trailer brakes) when the dash lit up and started beeping that there were malfunctions with the Drive Start Control/ PCS/ Trailer Brake Modules.

I did some googling and it seems this can be caused but fuse blown/loose etc. That made sense as I'd been bombing down these dirt roads all weekend, they are bumpy so perhaps a fuse was loosened.

I scanned the truck and got zero fault codes which I thought was weird. I checked ALL the fuses and literally the very last one to be checked was blown and was associated with the "towing converter". I changed it, figured I was so smrt and that it was surely fixed. Nope, dash is still xmas tree. I disconnected the battery and still no good.

Does anyone think it's odd that there are no codes? Any suggestions to troubleshoot?

    PS 2019 Tundra.

Did you ever find what the issue was? I'm getting the same errors now on my 2021. Truck drives fine and everything works as it should and all fluids are at proper levels. Just have those 3 malfunction codes.

Hi, it was a rear wheel speed sensor. They can easily be damaged by a rock, which was my issue.
