Is it blurry because it is loose, and vibrating as a result?

Is the mirror loose within the housing, or is the entire housing loose?

If the mirror itself is loose, it’s clips may not be fully seated in the housing mount. Using a flat tool as a lever, you can insert the tool above the mirror and lever the mirror down until it pops into place. YouTube is your friend.

If the housing is loose, pry the interior sail panel off and you’ll see the 3 mounting posts and nuts. Tighten those.

    hope this helps

It should still be under warranty; even if the miles are exceeded I would ask Toyota for reconsideration considering your truck is a 2019

Did you install your aftermarket mirrors yourself? Sounds like you need to tweak them really f'ng good.

Logic would dictate that you have had them on less then a year. Pull the sails, remove the lock nuts, add some loctite, retorque!

I am perplexed as to why you wouldn’t have included the critical detail- that you are using aftermarket mirrors- in your initial thread and title.
This would be like me posting a question about a problem I am having with my brakes, and then 10 posts in, sharing that I was actually talking about my bicycle.

Your question here is only getting responses by people assuming you're having an issue with the factory mirror.

Perhaps if you share the brand of the aftermarket product you are using, someone else who has them can offer advice on fixing them.

I've had mirrors (on a VW, not on Toyota) that came off the backer plastic piece - I noticed this because I had crazy vibration and just pulled them off and super glue/locktite back on --> zero issues since then. Granted they lasted 160k miles before issues, so take it for what it's worth... Good luck.
