It’s not going to play it on your screen if that’s what you are wondering

You must have read my mind. The only reason that I asked is that when you play a CD the info comes up on the screen. I heard the new tundras don’t come with a CD player. What’s up with that. I still listen to cassettes and lov3 them my older Toyota solara had a cassette ,CD. Am and fm radio. I loved it they put in all these useless features and leave out the good stuff. I have some great cassettes too.The best music was from the late 40s and 50s

You probably need to transfer your old stuff over to a digital format or sign up for SiriusXM. Screenshot_20250409_110814_Chrome.jpg

The best music. If you want to hear a great song. Guy Lombardo , it’s later then you think. Get that song on YouTube it’s so true. 50 s. And 50s. 60s of course and the 70s. The 80s sucked so the the 90s till today.

Uh, nobody(the vast majority of people for you nit pickers) uses CDs anymore, or cassettes for that matter. Leaving them out is not leaving out the good stuff. AM and FM? LOL It's available on your phone via your head unit. All this is without even considering satellite. Just don't get your complaint, but TEHO so carry on.

Phone, down load,up load. Give me a cassette or cd. I don’t up load, down load or side load. They are controlling you. AM FM. Cassette. Or cd. Give me a choice

How are you responding on this forum? Maybe “they” are already controlling you. For real though, you can pick any song and play it in Apple Music. No controlling going on. However, “they” might know what music you like. Scary, I know.

It is what it is. Cassettes are not coming back, 8 track is dead, neither is vhs, or beta. At one time laser discs was trying but alas it was a flop. Vinyl is back but players are not like they used to be.
they are not catering to your age group anymore. I’m not sure how old you are but I’m 52 and I just gave up and am rolling with it. You can go on eBay and buy a cassette player and 13 band alpine eq but you have to buy a very old vehicle that does not have everything integrated.
You need to learn to upload, download and sideload my friend. Otherwise you going to get off loaded. .
Get Spotify and get the family plan to let your wife, kids and possibly grandkids have some music to listen to while you can pay for a new tundra.

My 2019 has a CD player but I hardly use it. I tend to just stream Pandora now.
The Jeep I used to have stored the CD in its hard drive so you only had to play it once and it was permanently in the memory. Had my whole collection in the vehicle, but there was no way to extract the music when I got rid of it for the Tundra. Was a nice feature though. That Jeep unit could also play a DVD if vehicle was in park.
Too bad the Jeep wasn't as reliable as the stereo was.

So you don't own a phone with any apps on it? How are you communicating right now on the internet? Who is they? And how are they controlling me?

Yeah, I know there are some paranoid people but I have to laugh at the mental gymnastics

How do I communicate? Talking on m6 flip phone and actually talking I do have a iPad but I couldn’t care less if it broke and was thrown in the trash. That’s how I communicate. Talking
Any apps on it. You got that right. No apps. No social media. No Facebook. Can you imagine that.

Yes, I can imagine that, although I would point out that you are in fact communicating using social media and a computer with an app right now. What I don't understand is wearing your decision like it's some sort of badge of honor.

You still haven't explained who "they" are and how they are controlling me.

Big brother that’s who. And I do wear that as a badge of honor. True this site is a media site that I use for information on a vehicle that we all love and own. I also belong to another web site on boating and use that for information too. But that’s it. Only for information not for nonsense like I’m having coffee and a donut now. Yummy. Ridiculous. Facebook. Heck no. Twitter. Heck no not me. All 5hat other garbage. Heck no.

Can you ask google why that space rocket with the 6 female astronauts resemble a male part
And then ask google why are people not talking or doing there own research anymore. The dumbing of America
    NVM ?
I heard on titcher the new app that the 2925 tundras have a 2 cylinder with 4 turbos. Top speed 87 mph and mpg. 18 Not bad for a 2 cylinder

LOL You sound like the guy who bitched when the card catalogs at libraries were digitized.

Please tell us how exactly you do "research" on any topic at all. Does it involve the internet? Do you ever text or email anyone, ever? Do you ever take a picture with your phone?

Ok I will tell you. When I need info on my truck. This site I go to or go to Toyota and ask 5hem
My boat. I go to wellcraftV20. Great site. They helped me a lot. And that’s it. I ask and talk to people. Really. Talk. Pictures with m6 phone. A flip phone lol. The pictures suck I like when some nerd wants to show me a picture and they are scrolling 5hey hundreds of pictures and can’t find it. Yeah that’s good waisted time. The computer is very good to lookup info but not anything else. At least to me anyway.
