I recently had the Eibach 2.0 coilovers installed on my 2019 Limited. Supposedly u could get up to 2.5 inches. Currently I’m getting 2 inches lift on the right and 1.75 on the left side. I also had a .75 inch shim installed on driver’s side and still only got the 1.75 inch lift and that was adjusting to the last thread on the shock body. The right side still has approximately.75 inches of thread left. Has any of you guys delt with Eibach coilovers or this problem? Thank you in advance

What coil spring are you using? I'd assume the factory 650 lb spring that comes with the kit? A 700 lb spring should get some additional lift heigh but might make for a stiffer ride. Also, do you have any additional weight on your rig, such as bumpers, winch, topper, etc? Crewmax trucks are little heavier and see less lift; loaded up trucks are even heavier and see even less lift.

Yes 650 and nothing extra. Truck is stock. I think mabey I might need 700 springs the truck has a very rigid feel the way it is with the left adjusted to max. At this point very disappointed with the results of the eibach. I also put the eibach reservoirs on the rear but those feel great

Interesting. Stock with 700 lb springs may be a little stiff. The OE setup uses a 700 lb spring but with a shorter ride height and different valving in the shock. Perhaps someone else can chime in with the Eibachs. I only ran them at 1-1.5” of height with the 650 lb spring for a few months. My rig is heavy and didn’t handle like I wanted with them installed (but rode nice and smooth) which is why I suggested a heavier coil if maybe you have some weight on the truck. My tastes would prolly be just fine even with a stock truck and 700 lb coils, but no guarantees you would say the same.

The nice thing about the springs, though, is that Eibach makes them for many of the aftermarket shock companies, including their own shocks. So ordering up a set of 16x3.0 springs is simple and easy to fit up.

The Eibachs are known for inflated height gains. The softer spring rate doesn’t help either.

Can you share a photo of the driver’s side coilover? Both near the top hat, as well as one near the bottom of the shock body.

Do you have any additional weight up front like a bumper?

I put the Eibach stage 2r on my 2019 crewmax. I also put dirt king uca as well.
It seems as though some of the issues people have are not Eibach related but install related. I’m not saying people do bad jobs or don’t know how to turn a wrench or being negative in any way. But, I watched my mechanic install mine and it was a tug, push, pull, squeeze, and hold your tongue the right way kinda install.
We checked and double checked the threads and the coilovers before install and they were dead nuts equal to each other.

That being said when it was all said and done I needed to put a 1/2 spacer on the driver side. But it was about 3/4 off but after taking to Colton he suggested a 1/2 spacer and we took things apart and installed the spacer and it was dead nuts level side to side.

some have complained about lean this way or lean that way but it seems as though it’s more about the individual truck than blaming the coilovers.

I got full 2 inches now that I got the spacer in on the driver side. But I had no lean prior to install.

I would say if you had to do all that to the coil over something is wrong and it’s not the coil over. Again, please don’t take this as negative or critical but something is amiss somewhere.

I could have turned the coilover seats to adjust the driver side up and not use a spacer but Colton helped me understand what all is happening when we mess with that. You can but it does affect the performance of these. I’ll let him give the details.

Also, another fellow on here tried turning the adjuster and didn’t seem to make a difference but it seems as though you need to take them loose to use the wrench to turn the seat to raise or lower.

But keep looking into it. You’ll find the issue. I love the ride and look of my stage 2. Talk to Colton. He is a huge resource on here and he knows his stuff.

If you got the assembled 2.0 coilover kit that is adjustable (threaded, not by clip settings) then out of the box they are set up for 2 inches of lift.
However, sound like you have the big 38 gallon gas tank in your truck....that will make the driver side about 1/2 inch lower than the passenger side. This is not uncommon among aftermarket coil overs- folks just make an adjustment which can be handled a couple ways.

You can adjust the driver side coilover with the threaded adjustment to compensate or use a 1/4 inch top spacer. 1/4 top hat spacer will lift that size double the amount, so 1/2 inch.

The threaded adjustable eibach coilovers can be adjusted further, up to 2.5 inches of lift in front. Hope this helps.

I run the suspension and have been happy with it, a certain improvement over stock.
