Factory Amp w/ JBL fuse.

Hi,

What fuse does the factory amp uses. Put on a multi meter at the tip of the red wire I’m not getting any voltage. Head unit works except no volume(yellow bar doesn’t show up).

Here's a schematic for a '15 and would probably match up, check out page 3 where it shows power going to the amp a 7.5A and 30A run to it, it looks like the 30A fuse. I don't know where it's at but check the owners manual. I hope it's a simple as replacing one but if it's still under warranty take it to the dealer and have them fix it.

 

Did you ever get it figured out? Mine is doing it now.
