I have a 2004 Tundra DC with the 4.7. I was hearing a sound like a bad bearing coming from my engine compartment. That sound has since disappeared but I also noticed that there is a bit of play in the Fan Pulley (it has a 1/4 in hop up and down) and I'm wondering if maybe the fan pulley bracket is going. Is a wobble on the fan pulley indicative of an issue with the bracket? The clutch seems to be fine. Here's another photo to the movement I'm seeing. Any help appreciated!

Sure seems that way. Is your truck due for a timing belt soon?

@dt325ic Apparently the timing was done 35k mi ago, but when I bought my truck there was no documentation. I did pull the timing belt cover and the belt looked new. So Im not sure. Should that bracket be replaced with the timing belt?

When that part is replaced, you have also done a lot of work toward replacing the timing belt. However, if you are still many miles or years from doing the TB, then thats just how it works out.

Yep. Mine got replaced when the timing belt was done. I got lucky in that the mechanic noticed some play while he was in there. Wasn't terrible, but he called and asked if I wanted him to go ahead and replace it. "It's a ways in there, and I happen to have it in my hands right now"...

Meant I was without my truck for another 24 hours, but worth it.

It did end up being a bad Fan Pulley Bracket. The bearing had gone and the post was warped. The job wasn't too bad, but for anyone reading this in the future, make sure to the your time on the bolts attaching the fan to the bracket (stripping those would be bad), as well as the bolt holding the ac compressor to the bracket, that one is difficult to get a handle on and stripping would also be bad. here is the best video I found.
