    Hey Guys!

I’ve searched and searched and have found a few threads but no definitive answers. I absolutely love the 2000-2003 chrome front bumpers, and I know the 04-06 work trucks came chrome front bumpers but every time I search for them the parts pages say “will not fit 04-06 trucks”. Does anyone have a link to a kit that WILL fit 04-06 trucks??

It’s not that they won’t fit. It’s that the grill and lower head light trim has to be swapped too. Package deal.

    There's a thread for that. https://www.tundras.com/threads/00-02-steel-bumper-replacement.130385/

Pretty sure that covers the parts list, but not 100%

Took about 15 seconds to find using the following Search settings (there may've been others, but that one covers parts).

Highly recommend trying this and probing, there are a couple more threads here covering the swap specifically from plastic to chrome. You really need to utilize those added features they're offering, it makes the search 100x more functional. Took me longer to type this reply than to find that content:

Which also includes the core support bracket, hood latch, bumper reinforcement etc. Basically have to strip it down to the frame horns and build back from there.

Use one of the Toyota parts websites to get a good idea of what changes. Compare your year truck to the year bumper style you want to switch to. A salvage yard truck would make it easier to nab all the parts you will need.

I just did this in the other direction to go to a LTD style grille and headlight trims.

Thanks for the help boys, and all the search info will keep me busy for the next few days. I’ll look into pick and pulls and Craigslist and see what I can come up with for a complete front bumper.
