Flat Deck Tray / Snowmobile Deck

I just got my truck back from https://www.jbezwelding.ca/ . I went to him with my dream to build an all around flat deck to haul my snowmobile as well as my roof top tent in the summer. He exceeded my expectations.

It's an all aluminum build with fold down sides, rear drawer (behind license plate), lockable side drawers, L-track on headache rack for easy ways to add accessories, and rear rack.
He built me a custom ramp so it'll slide into the rear drawer.
He put larger fenders on it as I'm installing 35" ties and lift next month. Because of the larger fenders he had to modify my exhaust for more of a 45deg exit rather then a 90deg.

There are big changes coming. I ordered rock sliders

I'm installing the following next month:
35"x12.5" Falken Wildpeak
Relations Race Wheels RR-7 17"
Elka 2.5 2"-3" with Icon UCA
Icon Add a leaf for the extra weight
Timbren Active Rear Bump Stop Kit

I like what you got going on here. These full bed replacement build outs are awesome! Nice out of the box thinking, can’t wait to see your progress.

I literally was about to start a thread asking about something like this. Same color and a double cab here too. Can I ask how much you paid? When I found a few sites online that make specific Tundra stuff it was looking over 10k and that was before any instal. EDIT* I looked at their pricing, seems like I might max out around 9k Canadian based off his rough guidelines online, or under 7k American. Is that somewhat accurate?

And I second the above poster asking for more pics, this thing is beautiful. That ramp is great too, I always have to lug around some in my bed when I am bringing my brush mower or stump grinder around.

I will get more pictures later this week for ya with all the features. Ya I believe there base units are around $10,000 CAD. This specific build was their top of the line with a ton of extras like the snowmobile ramp. Total for me was $15,000 CAD installed. Your U.S dollar definitely helps you out! and it's not that far North of the border.

Cool. What is the weight difference between the stock bed and your build? How much payload do you have left to use?
