I am fairly certain the owners manual tells you how it is acceptable to tow the Tundra.

I do not know as I have not needed to do this, and when any of my vehicles break down (hasn't happened in a long time now) I ALWAYS request a rollback truck.

Flat towing is likely going to wear things out and probably damage some things.
I would not even consider it personally.

Think rear tires need to be off the ground or disconnect drive shaft at diff and tie shaft up but owners manual should show you. Tundra is way too much truck to tow behind a motor home.

Thanks all, I knew that was the answer, however I had read that it could be done, and I did not think that was right.

You can in a pinch, but you need to disconnect the rear driveshaft.

Alternative in a pinch, you could flat tow the Tundra behind another vehicle in neutral with the engine running. Not sure what the situation would be where this would be the solution, but if the engine was running, the transmission pump is on and cooling the trans preventing damage.
