Fog lights on 2005 Toyota tundra

I bought led high and low beam bulbs and led fog light bulbs for my 2005 Toyota tundra and the High and low beams work but the neither the halogen or led fog lights will work with them and the fog light switch now turns my high beams on. Any suggestions?

 

LED bulbs do not draw as much current as halogens. The lights are now controlled by a computer, not just a switch. The computer does not see the appropriate resistance anymore with the new efficient LED bulbs. You have to fool it with resistors. Usually one resistor is enough load for the computer to operate the lights normally. LED lights can also create interference with things like keyless remotes, FM radio reception etc.

@KNABORES is spot on, but there are other things that, if you’re not aware of this common knowledge easily found via search, there’s probably other stuff you need to know about lighting and LEDs in these trucks.
