    Hi Ryan:

Is that 41 ft lb for the caliper pin bolt, or the rear caliper mounting bolt?

That seems really low for the mounting bolt, and I note that 2.5 gens used around 68 ft lb for the rear caliper mounting bolt.

    Thanks!

Hey guys, I did rotors and brakes all around the other night and used the 151ft lb caliper torque spec for the front mounting bolts. The reason why is I saw this post and immediately assumed it was correct since my driver side broke two of my half inch impacts trying to get the bolts out, but then upon doing the passenger side, they came off easy like any other caliper bolt I'm used to. Long story short, it had me digging into checking for torque specs and I mainly see 70-80 ft lb which is what I used to mount the rear caliper bolts. Is this 151 ft lb spec accurate or is this misleading as I'm now starting to believe? Fwiw all my front caliper bolts are in fact torqued to 151 and my rear caliper bolts at 70 as I write this. Just looking for some confidence and verification before getting new bolts and re torque to say 80 ish in the front. 150 had me thinking that I easily stretched the threads.

    FRONT
Caliper Bolt - 151 ft. lb.
    Hose - 11 ft. lb.

You also need to align the match marks on the disc and front axle hub sub-assembly.

    REAR
Caliper Bolt - 41 ft. lb.

What are the match marks? Excuse my ignorance, I just threw the fronts on and called it good. The rears i matched the hole to adjust parking brake. Other than left and right hand side disks i didnt know there was a specific rotation
