Any ideas how to thaw out frozen washer fluid in my truck?

Remove the bottle and bring it inside and use a hairdryer or just use it outside.

I would use heat. Maybe even one of those heat blankets wrapped around the reservoir.

If you're not already, switch to the orange fluid as it doesn't freeze as easily.

Park in a heated garage or underground parkade for a few hours to let it thaw naturally.

Put -40 in all year if you live where it has the potential to freeze.

What temps are you at? There are washer fluids that don't freeze until lower temps than others

Finally thawed out. Drained out old fluid and put in -25 fluid. Good to go again.

1879 was the last time we had a -50 day.

Don't get me wrong, it still gets cold here. We bundle up, get out and live with it.

This was last year. -30 or so, still out walking the dog for an hour.
