fuel tank skid plate/cover?

    Redo of my original post -- I figured out it's the fuel tank skid plate. It's plastic with metal rivets/bolts that hold it on. I'm trying to find out what the rivets/bolts are and if they can be replaced. Mine are broken off on one end.

    The one on my truck is not a small deflector. It covers the whole fuel tank. skid plate.jpg
