    I had the windows down on the highway last night and I heard a strange wind noise. Looked under the truck today and I see this plastic piece hanging down.

    Wondering if I should replace it or just remove it... or zip tie it back up.

    I appears to have been zip-tie repaired in the past. May be time for a replacement

    That's a plastic skid plate for the fuel tank. By the looks of it I would remove it.
