Gen 3 Multimedia 'System Reset' grayed out ...

    Took delivery of a 2023 Tundra Limited today ... As it was pre-owned, the Multimedia System contained personal data from the previous owner. Dealer was unable to perform a hard reset; the "System reset" button under Info & Security was grayed out and they didn't know why. I was unable to perform a hard reset using methods found online as they pertain to Entune-based systems. Finally found the answer here: https://youtu.be/2zeGou3PRQo?si=2yAndKIXIpQF6-xK

    The dealer must log into a Toyota-owned system and unlink my truck from the account listed as the primary owner of the vehicle. Doing so also cancels any subscriptions for that vehicle that may be in effect.
