Hi, I am a new member with a 2010 Tundra 4.6. This vehicle is giving me a c1201 code with random misfire code. I already come on in the morning went cold. After it warm up I erase code and it run fine. Already replaced spark plugs, coils, and fuel rail including the fuel pressure regulator but still giving me the same codes. Any Help??

What are all the codes being thrown? You mention misfire code along with c1201, need all the codes so folks can help.

c1201 if often related to ABS and Tundras a famous for having wheels sensors go bad. They are at the wheels, in the elements and can fail. So I would check all wheel speed sensors and associated wiring for any issues, breaks, etc. So check that and post of any of the other codes you are getting.

0300 is misfire detected, can also be plugged cat
302 is #2cylinder misfire- not getting enough spark
    303 is cylinder 3 misfire
05 also misfire for that cylinder as is 08, for that particular cylinder

each misfire code also had these items to check below, based on the cylinder having the fuel/fire problem (this list shows cylinder 8)
    • Intake air leak
    • Faulty spark plug #8
    • Faulty ignition coil #8
    • Clogged or faulty fuel injector #8
    • Fuel injectors #8 harness is open or shorted
    • Fuel Injectors #8 circuit poor electrical connection
    • Ignition coils #8 harness is open or shorted
    • Ignition coils #8 circuit poor electrical connection
    • Incorrect Fuel pressure
    • Faulty Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor
    • Faulty Engine Control Module (ECM)
    • Faulty Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor
Since you had things apart I would first check all electrical connections to fuel injectors and coil packs.
Speaking of coil packs, did you buy OEM or whatever was cheapest at the parts store? Toyotas like OEM, so if they are something else, that could be a contributing factor.
    Clean MAf
check for air leaks in engine air intake/box

Id check those things first and see where you land. Report back if still an issue and folks will give feedback on next steps.

Up-date. I has replaced all coils, injectors, spark plugs, Rail and pressure regulator, coolant temperature sensor. Before I change all these the tundra will not start in cold morning. Now after a couple of try it will start but it will trigger the check engine light (flashing) and the vcs light. After the vehicle warm up, I can erase all the codes and it will run fine during the whole day until next morning. It will be the same all thing all over again. I am incline that it could be moisture in the secondary air injector pump. What do you think. Dealing with this problem for over a year.
