Going to order some RB20 running boards and trying to decide if it is worth an extra $150 to get the bedliner coating on them? Anyone had experience with both?

I have the black matte finish, not the bed liner type. I debated for a long time which one to get. I've read that the bed liner finish can rough and scratch shins. I'm happy with the matte finish.

Also have the matte black and very happy with them. No issues with being slippery.

Matte finish here also and not slippery at all. My kids can get in easily.

i've got the RB10's in bed liner finish. absolutely no slip on them while wet. i will add that brand new out of box, they sparkle like they're coated in glitter, but after a week or so in the sun, it subsided. i only opted for the bedliner finish because i got them discounted from a buddy, so why not pay the extra? :)

I liked the black, bedliner looked greyish. Not slippery at all, mine are just wet from a quick wash.

I picked up the bed liner finish for $575 and would do it again. Half the price of the Toyota TRD and they look sturdier, larger surface and more rugged finish

Standard. I’d imagine the slim being unusable

Mine are the standard. I have them pushed as far under the cab as they will go.

Yes, mine are the slims. Still plenty of room for your foot.
