Got into a discussion with a guy. Reads that new poly bushings should use a lithium grease.
I've always used the red'n tacky Lucas stuff. It hardens over time, kinda ugly. The bushings do too and crumble. So curious if anyone is technical know of which grease is best?

Prothane Super Grease is what Dirt King told me to use on their poly bushings.
In the past, I used SuperLube. The super grease is thicker and seems to last better than superlube.

Prothane's Super Grease is a silicone based grease with a PTFE additive which means it's water-proof, reduces friction, and sticks to polyurethane bushings. Prothane's Super Grease was designed specifically for their bushings, to prevent the polyurethane from squeaking.

So silicone base. I might not be able to get that brand specifically at home. I'll see what we have.
