Attempted to grease my Camburg 1.5" uniballs via the zerks this am. Loosened the UCA bolt and connected up the grease gun. Gave it some pumps, but the bushings never moved. Almost like the grease wasn't flowing. Pulled off the gun, pumped it into the trash, grease oozed fine. Back on the zerks and 3-4 pumps still nothing.

Do I have a bunk gun? Am I missing something? Tried pushing the needle of the zerk in with a pick, worked fine, it depressed. I can't imagine these things would take more than about 1-2 pumps.

    Any ideas/help would be appreciated.

Pic for attention :D just before starting.

You are fighting the pressure. Mine seemed to almost make a seal. What worked for me was do 2 pumps, then when the gun handle gets hard to squeeze just wait a few seconds and then you'll notice it gets easier. Pump pump and wait again.

I thought you were supposed to loosen the bolt so you don’t warp the bushings. I know that’s how total chaos says to do theirs. Loosen bolts, then pump till you see it come out, then re-tighten.

That is what I did. UCA bolt totally loose, no grease out of the bushing, no deformation of the bushing. Thinking either pressure issues or bad grease gun. Bolted everything back up, because I gotta do other stuff today, but will try another time.

Maybe the knob on the arm is blocked. Can you push a pin in to scrape it out or unscrew it to clean it?
