I recently replaced my transfer case fluid myself and first noticed that the amount that came out seemed to be more than the capacity of 1.2qts listed in the owner's manual. Still I filled it until it started spilling out. And when I went to drive it later that day I noticed that the transmission lags when I shift from P to D and D to R, with that I can feel the truck slip when I do shift

Don’t listen to the random trolls. They are here to sow discontent. If you drained more than you expected out and now have transmission problems, I would check the trans fluid level to make sure you didn’t accidentally drain the trans fluid.
