Is there anybody here who have installed Harman Kardon or Bower system in his/her 2010 Tundra?
What I am looking for is crisp quality sound and don't care about large tablet - like dash radio upgrades.

Is it possible to buy a used Harman Kardon head unit, amplifier made for a different car? They should communicate and wiring wouldn't be a problem. I would replace the speakers for higher end speaker, as well.

    Has anybody done it yet?

Can you recommend a system similar quality to the systems mentioned above?

    I really appreciate your help!!!

What makes you think a completely different headunit from a completely different vehicle will plug and play in your tundra? None of the plugs behind the dash will match up. So how are you going to get the headunit to communicate to the amp? The time and money invested in pinning out every wire on each set of plugs doesn’t make sense. Not to mention the amp will most likely not be compatible with your stock speakers from an ohm load standpoint. Just purchase and aftermarket headunit, amp and speakers and be done with it.

I would change the head unit, as well. At the end all sound systems work the same. Speakers need a + and a - input.
