Some states require you to have your headlights on when you have to use your wipers (eg in the rain). Is it possible to program the Tundra to do this automatically or does it come stock in some states? Thanks

I don’t know the answer but I’ll be watching. I’ve been pulled over for that very thing. As I was pulled over half of everyone who drove by didn’t have there lights on either. My lucky day, just got a warning though!

I'm driving a Canadian Tundra which has Daylight running lights (DRL) so probably wouldn't get pulled over, but i would like the full set (including rear) on.
DRL are available. My last Tundra, bought in Florida had them.

For real. It’s the law here and I’ve never felt inconvenienced to simply turn the lights on.

I do...but I have automatic headlights and like to leave them on that setting (so I don't have to remember to turn them off). Usually throw my hat over the sensor on the dash instead of changing from 'auto' to manually on.

Not the law here but i still like the idea.

Even if you take it off auto and manually turn them on, they will still turn off once the truck is off and you exit and close the door.
