Remove the headliner, and recover it yourself. Relatively easy to do. Figure a good afternoon, timewise.

You need furniture tacks- they are like thumb tacks but are spiraled so they stay in and will not pull out. Used them for that purpose on an old jeep once.

They have spray adhesive for headliners. Just make sure you get a little more then you think you need. You can get material from the local arts and crafts store I did one a Dodge and it was easy (single cab) so a larger cab would be more work.

There are quite a few How-to video on YouTube showing how to replace the headliner. I did it once for my 98 Nissan Frontier king cab in couple hours, from the beginning to the end. You could get the fabric material from EBay in roll form and headliner adhesive from Amazon at rather decent prices.
Like others mentioned, it’s not a hard at all. Good luck!

I can understand stuff like this happening to a Ford but not a Toyota. I have a POS 94 F150 yard truck that has never been garaged and it's headliner only started sagging last year. Funny thing is it only sags depending on temperature.
