Twice it has happened, stop vehicle, turn it off, someone waiting inside truck locks doors manually. They unlock when I come to get back in vehicle (5-10 mins later). Truck will not start. Thought the first time was a flook but it happened again recently.
This last time the dash said to hold key fob to red ignition button - it started, but the GPS was down, clock was off time.
Has this happened to anyone else? What's up with this vehicle?

    Thanks

Yes it is - just trying to figure out if it's something I'm not doing right first.

That message regarding the key fob makes me think its battery is extremely low. Your truck can still start with a dead fob if you hold it to the start button on the dash as you press it. I think you have to hold the side with the chrome Toyota emblem to the start button. Or that might just be the key fob on my older Lexus.

Try replacing the fob battery, and see if you can recreate the problem.

Didn't think about the battery in key fob - will for sure replace that. Thanks
