Help! 12volt Solution Remote Start

Ok so I just installed this on my 21 Tundra this morning. Got all the wiring connected and tested it out and it fired right up. Got the app module connected and and it worked until I took it out of test mode. It will lock and unlock my truck but will not start it remotely with the app or factory key fob. Lights will blink 3 times and stop, then blink 6 more times. I emailed support but figured I’d jump on here. Any help is appreciated!!
