Did you check the fuse? Hazard lights have different fuse than turn signal

We checked both fuse boxes, but we don't know what fuse it is to confirm it 100% . The strange thing is we never touch nothing with the lights just the radio side

Just happened to be on here...

First question - did you disconnect your battery ground before starting to work on the installation?
Second question - if not, WHY NOT!?
Third question - installing a "sound system" can be as simple as plugging in a new head unit, or as advanced as running new power wiring for amps, redoing steering wheel controls, swapping out speakers (and new wiring even). In other words, it can be relatively "contained" to one area with minimal impact on other circuits, or it can be extremely invasive. So...what exactly did you install?
Fourth question - are you testing the turn signals with the truck turned on? The HAZARD lights will work with the truck off, but the turn signals require the truck to be on.

It is also important to know that back up in the center of the dash, behind the radio, tucked behind/above the big steel tube crossbar, is a whole shit-pot of junction terminals that jumper different wiring functions all over the cab of the truck (such as J60, J70, J71 below). They are normally covered by a clear-ish plastic piece, but if you were ripping and tearing too hard in that area it is possible to disrupt them.

Wiring Diagrams for all year Tundras
Download the full manual for 2014 and go to page 476 for these diagrams.
Download the "Introductory Information" as well to read up on how to read these diagrams if you aren't familiar.
There are only two fuses for the turn signals and the flashers - 15A providing the power (located in the engine compartment) and the 7.5A providing ignition power/signal that the truck is on (located in the cab up above the driver's side kick panel with the main ECU).

You should also check your ground connections - if the turn signal switch isn't grounded, it won't function but the hazards still might.
