I just bought a 2019 SR5 CM. I bought the boss 4x4 kit for it which includes 6112 in the front and 5100 with 1.5” shackles in the rear. I’m having a hell of a time figuring out what tires will fit without major fab work. I purchased the Vision Rockers 20x9 +12 offset. I’m losing hair over this and some insight would be great. I’d like to keep the cuts down to an absolute minimum. Do I do 275/65/20 285/65/20 or 295/60/20?! Thanks to all who respond

275/65-20's would look good. That's a 34" tire and would most likely eliminate having to BMC to get a 35 on there.

    +1

I put them on my OEM 20” and it rubs on the front sway bar at full lock. having a +12 should be no problem.

That’s what I was thinking and they are significantly cheaper. I’m just worried that the tires will be too skinny for the wider stance.

    I run 275/65/20 on mine.
I had to remove the mud flaps and the aero dam off of the front.
The tires look a tad short with 2” in the front and 1.5 in the rear. But, overall I’m happy with it.

This one was before I added the shackles in the rear.

I run 275/70/18 with +18 and I don’t rub. At +6 I was rubbing big time. You will probably need to fab the front plastic a bit at +12 with 275/65/20 but I don’t think you’ll rub all that bad.

These are getting mounted on Thursday. The all black is getting tired IMO so I like your color choice.

Scuba.. I’ll have a 3/1.5 when I ya all said and done. Do you have a front shot? I’m wondering if they will be too skinny?? Baker.. I picked the grey because it’s different. Everyone is running black outs now and I’ve seen the grey on the magnetic grey. I love the look just trying to figure out this tire situation before I lose my hair over it. Im digging those fuels for sure

IMHO I would go 295•60•20.. i currently have 275•65•20 on my Method NV and might go that route or 35's..

Thanks scuba. What’s an aero dam?? And Say... I’d love to run them but i don’t want to do any BMC. I’d be afraid that i might with that size but I can’t find any pictures for visual reference. I’ve spoke with someone who said they bought 285/65/20 and have a +12 but he hasn’t installed yet and won’t until the end of the month. I was hoping he would be my guinea pig lol

The aero damn is attached to the bottom of the front bumper.
It is there to move air around the tires.
I didn't have to do a BMC with the 275/65/20 but I can imagine it may be necessary once you go with a wider tire. You can fit a 315 wide tire with a +25mm offset on an 8.5 wide wheel. Sometimes it all comes down to offset.
A shop may allow you to test fit the 285/65/20 before purchasing.
I would actually prefer that size but I'm pretty far away from needing new tires. I will say that in my experience the 285/65/20 is about $100 more expensive compared to the 275/65/20.
