Help tuning my 2UZ 2004

    hello new to toyota community but i just purchased 2004 toyota tundra double cab 4x4 with 4.7L. got it lifted with 2008 front struts and coils and rear i added two xtra leafs to help with lift and heavier loads it will be used for. now im wanting to start tuning the 2uz motor but cant seem to get my foot in the door other than having to pay company to tune and flash their modified ecu.i do tuning on my gen3 ls motors with obdx pro gt with universal patcher tunerpro rt and ls droid and pcmhammer but nothing with bob any help would be awesome thanks

    in reply to dirty deeds, so how will i need to read my pcm cause all iv seen so far is hptuners program but thats alot for me with wife and 2 children and cant afford that much investment with hptuners, all i got to read any type of pcm is thru obd2 port with obdx pro and tried that but i need software to pull up file in my pcm which i dont know if what i got(obdx pro gt) will work

    -Fuel injectors (dirty deeds) -Cold (hot?) air intake -Long tube jab headers -Down pipe, American thunder exhaust -Tow package -Blow and go
    Does anyone know of somewhere on the east coast I could find a reliable tuner?

    I live in MD

    Already have some upgrades from @dirtydeeds so just curious if there’s any tuners on this side of the country that you guys trust
