    Nothing.... yet.
So I've replaced everything in the truck stereo-wise.

    New door speakers / sub.
    DMH-WT8600NEX head unit
    Maestro RR
    Kenwood 801-5 amp

I also ran all new speaker wiring to the doors, so I'm not using ANY truck wiring between the new HU, amp, and speakers/sub.

I let all my connected services, remote access etc. lapse after the piddly 1yr free use. And just recently decided I wanted to start using the remote services again (remote car start, etc.).

I read all over the place that you can still do the whole 'code' crap thing, you just need to talk to someone thru SOS while your doing it, so they can verify your in the specific vehicle before enabling it. However, for some reason, when I push the SOS button, I get nothing. No audio at all. Stereo doesn't cut out like another source needs the audio. Nothing.

I have made sure that both remote services AND connected services are paid for and working. And the SOS button has a solid green light on once the truck starts, telling me that its working and has a connected (prior to paying for connected services, the light would start red, flash green, then go out and stay out).

I'm totally stumped. Do I have my RR setup incorrectly? I'm damn sure there are no loose wires just not connected to anything (or plugs for that matter). Has anyone else had this issue? I know others who have aftermarket head units have still been able to access the SOS functions.

The only thing I can think is that the JBL amp had something to do with it, and all that was just ripped out. And I've since thrown it out, so I'm hoping to all hell this ISN'T the issue. Else I'm completely fooked.

    Any help would be awesome.

I should point out that if this isn't working, its the ONLY thing i've found not working. All extra features on the deck from the RR work. all steering wheel controls work. Everything just works. So that's why this is so damn puzzling.
