The 2020 has a Ranch Hand front brushguard/bumper
all 3 USB receptacles and both 12v receptacles are only on when the key is in the on (not run) position.
Has anyone come up with a way to power the phone with the truck, its key out or off?
    (for the 2020 Tundra)

Run a constant 12v wire from the battery or fuse box to one of the 12v outlets...

I wanted this too, so I installed a dual battery system with solar.....https://frugalfill.com/the-ultimate...system-with-solar-simple-cheap-and-effective/

Just kidding sort of. I wanted to run a fridge and other stuff but hot power in the cab can only be had by running a non-keyswitch powered wire in.

You could easily remove the key switch power wire and wire in hot power to any of the factory outlets. The risk is draining the starting battery.

I took it a step further and added a volt meter/USB ports on a 3 position switch so I have keyswitch (from starting battery), off, or hot power (from second battery).

Could you explain/show me a diagram on how you did the 3 position switch? Wanted to do something similar in another car earlier

This switch has 3 pins, 2 ins and one out, key switch power from the center console 12v port on one "in" pin, hot power from my 2nd battery on the other "in" pin, then the "out" pin wired to the USB ports/meter. Ground from the center console 12v port connected to the USB ports/meter.

Here is what I did. There's a relay under the hood. It controls at least the 2 below the radio. Pulled the relay out and put a jumper. It is still fused as it'll was before.
