Somehow I managed to make some scratches on my dash. Anybody know how to fix these? Mostly just need to color match so it looks good from 3 feet.

That's going to be tough to just touch that up without making it noticeable. You can repaint the whole thing any color you want with SEM Trim paint or check ebay for vinyl overlays.

Touch up paint? It won't be the last scratch. Toyota and dash paint is some of the softest/thinnest stuff I have ever scene. Maybe some wood grain kit overlay?

Pull off both sides and vinyl wrap the trim. Paint scratches easily and is tough to touch up. If the vinyl gets scuffed up down the road, re-wrap it!

Get a new used trim piece from salvage, probably cheaper than a can of paint.

Salvage yard was my first idea but man that part looks like a PITA to remove!!

Might try sharpie to hold me over until winter, then wrapping them can be a weekend project

I don't make this comment to belittle or ignore the desire to keep your vehicle in top shape - but the damage is far from terrible and personally I would say drive on and worry about more important stuff. Those knicks in the dash are MINOR and unless it is a show truck - not worth worrying about. I get it, little shit like that can be annoying, but f-it - take care of it as best as you can and enjoy it...With the exception of the last year or so, vehicles are generally a depreciating asset and a few small knicks in the dash of an otherwise well maintained truck dont mean shit.
