How to remove rear wheel stud with electronic brakes

Fast Menace wheels and K02 285/65r20 Blacked out

Hi,
New to this forum, hoping to find some help. I broke one wheel nut (aftermarket one fitting Fast Menace mag) and need to drill the stud to remove mag. To replace the stud I wonder if I have to do anything special , like deactivate electronic parking brakes, before I remove rear caliper and disk ?
Have any of you already changed your disk brakes on 2022+ gen ?
