HUSKY LINERS ORDER ISSUES

Anyone else having issues with customer service with Husky. They state 5-10 days to ship order on their website but they are actually 4-6 weeks at a minimum out.

 

I ordered my Husky mats from 4wheel parts on black friday. STILL waiting...

 

My wife ordered mine from Amazon as a Christmas gift for me. They got here quickly. That said, I just checked them again. The front ones are in stock, but the rear ones show a 1-2 week lead time.

 

If you add them to a cart on AutoAnything, once you click on the cart it will show you delivery dates. I looked for my 2020, and it said Jan 25th. The fronts are $128, and the rear is $109.

 

I ordered Gators (I read on here that they are cheaper rebranded Husky's). Ordered mid Nov and received them Jan 3rd.

 

Everything is delayed right now with Pandemic. Many manufacturers are waiting on their supplies, stock, their shipping is bumped (for being non essential).

You have to cut them some slack. As long as they tell you up front when you order, that there will be delays, there is nothing to complain about.

It's not a Customer Service issue.

Here is a personal example. BR rims ordered from PartsEngine in December. The order went through, I was charged, then told there was a MFG delay with BR waiting on Rims until Mid January. I was given the option to cancel, sub or wait (I chose wait).

Even since they have shipped, there have been delays, but it's not BR or PartsEngine or even Purolator's fault...it's just how things are now. People need other supplies vs my rims, so my stuff gets delayed.

I ordered a front set yesterday, 30 days out. They should be there when I get back in country.

 

I ordered a set (Husky Xact Contour) from AutoAnything this weekend. The delivery dates were listed as Jan 25, but they were shipped on Monday and will be delivered this week.

 

I ordered from rca garage. they were shipped next day. it was few months ago.
